M.O. Leather Co. originated from a love of leather work combined with a passion for fitness.
Hi, I'm Monique. As an avid CrossFitter I wanted more custom-fitted, higher-quality hand grips. So, the artsy designer in me decided to make my own. Once I did, many people asked for them, so I began this brand focused on personalized suede and leather hand grips for other fitness enthusiasts.
But my interest for other leather items and creating unique and new designs grew. Since then, the brand had expanded to a mix of tailored leather style accessories -- from bags to wallets, bar wear, jewelry and more -- with a focus on "zero waste" production.

When she found suede was a top material preferred by athletes, she went on the journey to create high-quality leather and suede hand grips -- through three different versions, tested in the gym and at competitions -- and finally created the version you find here.

Every hand grip is individually cut, engraved, dyed and stitched by hand, and completely tailored to the size and design YOU want.
