SHIPPING & DELIVERY

  1. When will my order be processed?
    All orders will be processed within 2 working days based on the complexity of your order, excluding weekends and public holidays. Time stated is based on Eastern Standard Time.

  2. How long will it take for me to receive my order?
    Depending on the complexity of your order, production process takes 3 to 7 business days before it will be dropped in the mail. Based on your shipping selection upon purchase, First-Class Mail is 1–3 business days, Priority Mail is 1–3 business days, and Priority Mail Express is 1-2 days. This is applicable only to domestic deliveries. We do not accept international orders at this time. Sorry for the inconvenience.

  3. How can I track my delivery?
    Once the order has been dispatched, an email confirmation will be sent to you with the tracking number and directions on how to track your package.

  4. What are the shipping charges like?
    Shipping cost is calculated by weight, volume and shipping address via USPS. Upon entering your delivery details, we will auto calculate the delivery charges based on your given address prior to payment.  For any orders over $50, shipping is free.

  5. Can I change my shipping address after my order has been confirmed?
    As long as it's not after you have received notification that your package has shipped with tracking info, to change your shipping address, simply email us at wodsofleather@gmail.com with your order number as the subject line and we will help fix the order.

  6. There is a missing item in my order, what should I do?
    We apologize for sending you an incomplete order. Please contact our us at wodsofleather@gmail.com and we will get back to you as soon as we can.

  7. I’ve received a defective item, what should I do?
    We apologize if you had received a defective item from us. Please contact us at wodsofleather@gmail.com with a snapshot of the product and we will get back to you as soon as we can.

  8. I’ve received an incorrect item, what should I do?
    We apologize for sending you the wrong item. Please contact us at wodsofleather@gmail.com and we will get back to you as soon as we can.

  9. I’ve purchased the wrong size or color, what do I do?
    Please contact us immediately. We do accept exchanges for size or color on any standard purchase. If personalization/customization work is ordered, we may or may not be able to adjust. You can refer to our Returns & Exchanges Policy for more details.

  10. I have not received my parcel, what should I do?
    Kindly drop an email to wodsofleather@gmail.com if you have not received your parcel after 10 working days and we will assist you accordingly.

  11. Will there be an additional charge for redelivery?
    There are no additional charges for redelivery up to one time. It is chargeable on the second attempt onwards.

  12. I have yet to receive my parcel within the stipulated time frame. Whom can I contact?
    You may check the status of your parcel via “Track your order” at to find out why it might have been delayed. Alternatively, you may email wodsofleather@gmail.com and we will assist you further.


INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

We do not accept international orders at this time. Sorry for the inconvenience.
